What Should Rihanna Do Next?
Now that Rihanna has come out of hiding after being spotted a day after her 21st birthday on a beach in Mexico, Musictoob asks, what should she do next? Clinical psychologist and relationship expert Dr. Judy has the answer.
"Rihanna is a major international star--this affords her a wonderful way of helping to get the issue of domestic violence out of the closet," said the author of The Idiots Guide to Relationships.
"She must be feeling tremendous confusion about what to do. It will be a strain. But she has a responsibility to make a decision that serves the public as well as her own needs," said Dr. Judy.
"She will need a lot of support from psychologists and friends and family. But she must take some action, she cannot let it slide. There is no standing by your man when he beats you."

WHAT SHOULD: What should Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson do next?
Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson flew into London this morning in a sulk, having managed to start a row on the plane. The two argued all the way through passport control at Heathrow airport.
The pair have a famously difficult relationship. They began 2009 by physically fighting each other after a disagreement in a Miami nightclub. How can they calm their tempestuous relationship?
"They must learn to demonstrate and verbalize their love on a daily basis," says author and marriage expert Dr. Ellen Kreidman.
"Many couples lose sight of what they did in the beginning of the relationship which made them fall in love in the first place. What they did was kiss, hug, talk, listen, spend time with each other and make each other feel special. "

WHAT SHOULD: What should K-Fed do next?
K-Fed isn't getting any K-fitter. Britney Spears' overweight ex was seen partying with Jermaine Dupri at a Las Vegas club last night--and he looked more like Well-Fed than K-Fed.
Perhaps Gwyneth Paltrow has the solution to Federline's ballooning waistline on her new healthy website Goop.
"Make sure you check with your doctor before you start any detox. Drink A LOT of water. I will be suffering along with you to kickstart my year a bit lighter...."
Not everyone is so thrilled with her advice. One journalist has titled the site "'Learn From Me, Ungrateful Peasant'
"I think the people who are criticizing it or criticizing the idea of it, don't really get it, because if they did, they would like it," said Paltrow.
Back on Planet Earth, nutrition scientist Dr. Elisabeth Weichselbaum said, "depression may lead you to choosing foods that will make you overweight. If you drink regularly that could also be an issue. The best way to control your weight is to reduce intake and increase activity--and eat a healthy balanced diet."
